We regularly work with Architects, Technicians and other designers and can manage the submission and liaison of planning and other applications with the local planning authority. Many Architects prefer to concentrate on the design aspects of a project and leave the contact with the Council, including submitting and liaising with Planning Officer’s to us. We also regularly present on planning applications at Planning Committee’s. As Chartered Town Planners, with extensive experience within local authority planning departments, we can work as part of a team to ensure every application achieves success.
