MEET THE TEAM
Farooq is an experienced planning professional with a wealth of knowledge in planning and design and a specialism in planning appeals. Farooq graduated from the University of Manchester in 2005 with a first class degree and then went on to further his studies with a Masters in Civic Design at the University of Liverpool. As a fully qualified and experienced Chartered Town Planner, he is able to use his wealth of experience,with over 10 years in town planning and related services, to help you gain the most from the planning system. At the head of the company, Farooq is sure to provide you with a personable and friendly service.
David has extensive planning knowledge stretching over four decades. His career has encompassed working at the highest levels in a Local Authority Planning Department. With his extensive knowledge of the inner workings of Council Planning Departments and the pressures of managing large scale projects, he brings a wealth of experience to the company. More recently, he has worked as an independent planning consultant on a range of schemes; from rural planning through to planning appeal hearings.
Assistant Consultant Planner
Thomas recently graduated from Dundee University with a Master in Town and Regional Planning. He gained valuable experience working in a Lancashire Council’s Planning Department focusing on planning policy matters. Thomas has a professional interest in sustainable urban design and is a published amateur photographer; and brings with him strong design and creative skills. He is currently progressing to become a fully Chartered Member of the RTPI.
Mubashir joined Inspire Planning Solutions Ltd in 2014 as a business apprentice. He has quickly become a key part of the team, and alongside his work here, Mubashir is completing a qualification in business administration at Nelson and Colne College. Mubashir is fully adept at using the latest technologies, which enables the company to work efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
Antonio graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2013 with a Masters in Town Planning on an RTPI accredited course, which included experience of planning working in Europe. He has experience with a national house builder as a Graduate Planner and with a regional planning consultancy as an Assistant Planner, supporting the work of Chartered Planners. Antonio has been involved in producing planning applications for developments of varying scales; planning appeals, land promotion and public consultation events. As a Licentiate member of the RTPI, he is nearing completion of the APC process to become a Chartered Planner.
