Farooq is an experienced planning professional with a wealth of knowledge in planning and design and a specialism in planning appeals. Farooq graduated from the University of Manchester in 2005 with a first class degree and then went on to further his studies with a Masters in Civic Design at the University of Liverpool.
David has extensive planning knowledge stretching over four decades. His career has encompassed working at the highest levels in a Local Authority Planning Department. With his extensive knowledge of the inner workings of Council Planning Departments and the pressures of managing.
